- EXHIBITOR MANUAL - WHAT INFORMATION IS IN IT?
- The exhibitor manual contains all information relating to the show. It is split into sections for ease of navigation. Please use the search button if you are looking for a specific term. We recommend that you read each section that is relevant to you, in detail, before arriving onsite to ensure you have everything you need for your stand.
- WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPACE ONLY AND SHELL SCHEME?
- If you book a space only stand that is all you get “the space”. AND If you book a shell stand this will include the below:
- Standard Booth - 9 sqm (minimum)
- Shell Scheme
- 1 Round Table
- 2 Chairs
- 3 Spotlights
- 1 Waste Bin
- Floor Carpet
- Electricity x 1 kw
- Power Socket
- Basic Fascia with company name and booth number
- Company profile in WOC 2024 Digital/ guide
- 4 Exhibitor staff badges for every 9 sqm of space
- HOW CAN I ORDER SERVICES?
- You can order your requirements through our service portal
- HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR MY EXHIBITOR BADGES?
- All exhibitors, including any members of your team who will work on the stand during the show, must register for badges. Please see the Exhibitor Registration section of the exhibitor manual An email will be sent from the registration system for you to create an account. Once your account is created your allocated badges and exhibitor invites will be available there for use.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPACE ONLY EXHIBITORS
- Self build exhibitors (those who have booked space only) must submit their stand designs to woc.design-submissions@blg-events.com. These must be submitted not later than 23th of December, 2023 and to be approved by the event team and venue before arriving on site. Prior to designing your stand, please see the Stand Construction section of the exhibitor manual. The back side (above 2.4m) of any stands with prior approval to build over the standard height of 2.4m which back onto a neighboring stand, must be dressed/finished in white with no branding in order to avoid intruding on our neighbors stand. - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS
- Shell scheme stands will be constructed upon your arrival to set up for the show. Prior to your arrival onsite, and to ensure you have everything you need to exhibit on your shell scheme stand, please see the Stand Construction section of the exhibitor manual. Shell Scheme includes the following:

Artwork guidelines
- The ready to print files should be in an illustrator (.ai) format and must be sent to dxblivecc@dwtc.com . If the file is more than 10MB, please send us the logo via WeTransfery
- If the whole artwork consists of one image, then a Photoshop eps file. provided, all colors saved as CMYK and Pantone reference for the same should be provided if required.
- All images should be in high resolution and saved as eps files. These then should be the illustrator artwork. The Resolution to be 300 DPI for artwork. 5cm bleed is required.
- Deadline: 23rd December 2023. Any artworks not received after this date; the RV counters will be kept in blank white panel.
- HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

With plenty of public transport and ample parking, getting to Dubai World Trade Centre is simple and stress-free
Your Transport Options:
Dubai Metro:
Dubai’s public transport is both a safe and cost-effective way to reach Dubai World Trade Centre from key locations around the city. With our own dedicated metro station, Dubai’s metro system is a quick and efficient option when visiting our venue. The world’s longest driverless train system is clean, quiet and fully air conditioned. Trains run every few minutes, from 5 am to 11 pm using a Nol Card, which can be obtained easily from any station. Similar to many transport systems around the world, just swipe your Nol Card at the entrance of the platform.
Dubai Taxi:
With more than 5,300 RTA taxis available, hailing a cab is never a problem. Almost all drivers are familiar with our location and the various drop off points around Dubai World Trade Centre. Female passengers can also opt for a Ladies-only taxi, should they prefer to. When required, you can book a taxi in advance by calling +971 4 208 0808. Fares start at 5 AED or 12 AED if pre-booked and most taxis in Dubai are now equipped to take credit card payment.
Private Taxi: UBER / CAREEM
Dubai offers two private taxi services, Careem and Uber. Both offer a pre-paid service through their apps, and convenient pick and drop locations have been established throughout the venue. Private Taxi’s and on-demand transport services are growing in popularity and are readily available in Dubai. If you already have a Careem or Uber app from another country, the same app can be used to book your ride in Dubai. If you are unfamiliar with Careem or Uber, both companies offer downloadable apps for both Andriod and iOS platforms. They are easy to use and offer convenient payment options using your credit card or cash if you prefer. Passengers can select different car categories including sustainable and oversized vehicles.

DRIVING & PARKING:
Prefer to drive yourself to Dubai World Trade Centre? Choose from among six paid car parks, two free car parks and onsite valet services. If you prefer to travel by car, we have direct access from the city’s main highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, with a direct gateway to all areas of Dubai and the wider UAE. We work closely with the transport authority to manage major event traffic by road and ensure seamless access for visitors with minimum interruption to traffic flow. Dubai World Trade Centre has several car parks, including paid and free options with a total of 7,530 parking spaces. Parking bays for electric cars are also available with charging stations.

Parking Access
- Happiness Street Parking: This parking facility offers a total of 3,715 spaces including dedicated spots for Electric vehicles, People of Determination, and 140 bicycle storage racks. The car park uses a smart parking technology solution with bay availability indicators and floor counts detailing available spaces.
- Exhibition Street Parking: Behind Sheikh Rashid Hall (capacity: 1,160 cars)
- Sheikh Rashid Tower Parking: Next to Arena Hall (capacity: 863 cars)
- Za’abeel Plaza Parking: Front of Za'abeel Hall 6 (capacity: 300 cars)
- Exhibition Plaza Parking (capacity: 150 cars)
- Arena Plaza Parking: Valet service (capacity: 140 cars)
Paid Parking Policy
A nominal parking fee per hour is applicable from Saturdays to Fridays. A parking ticket is issued on arrival and must be submitted for payment on departure. Lost parking token will be charged in addition to the respective hourly parking charges and is not refundable. Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight neither to park within the ‘no parking zones’ Any vehicle left overnight or parked incorrectly and / or causing obstruction to other road users will be charged a daily fee plus administration fees. DWTC reserves the right to remove all vehicles violating the above.

Age Restrictions
We love kids, but unfortunately a coffee event isn’t the best place for them, given all the hot water, heavy machinery and moving parts. Please note that there is no on-site childcare.
By Age
- 12 and older: allowed in Exhibit Hall, Lectures, and Workshops during Attendee Hours if registered
- 18 and older: allowed in Exhibit Hall during set up/tear down during Exhibitor Hours if registered
- 18 and older: able to volunteer
- Children Under 12: allowed in Exhibit Hall & Lectures during show hours only, when accompanied by a properly badged and registered guardian(s)
By Area
- Exhibit Hall: 18 and older during Exhibitor Hours for set up and tear down if registered, 12 and older during Attendee Hours if registered
- Lectures: 12 and older if registered
- Workshops: 12 and older if registered
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a registered guardian(s) at all times while on the show floor. Failure of the guardian to supervise the child’s activities may result in removal from the show. Should said removal occur, there are no refunds for the guardian(s), and Show Management is not responsible for any associated costs to attend the event.
Under no circumstances, will children under 18 be admitted on the trade show floor during exhibitor move-in or move out.
Parents and/or adult guardians that choose to bring minor children under age 18 to the show understand that they are assuming full responsibility and liability for the actions and behavior of the minor children that are brought into any area of the show including, but not limited to the Exhibit Hall, Lectures, or Workshops.
- WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?
- Your ticket includes floor show access, Lectures, Championship Area, Brew Bar, Cupping Room, Roaster Village, Best Product Award, Best Design Award and the SCA Store
- CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?
- Tickets purchased for World of Coffee 2024 are non-refundable.
- IS THE SITE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
- All Dubai World Trade Centre facilities are wheelchair friendly. Access to Za’abeel Halls 4,5 and 6 is easily accessible to wheelchair users.
- IS FOOD ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?
- If you are an exhibitor, food that is not from DWTC Catering is strictly prohibited inside your stand. please place your order through the following LINK
If you are a visitor, you can purchase food items from the existing outlets inside the venue.
- WHICH HOTEL IS CLOSER TO THE VENUE?
